With a full featured contact management system closely integrated into your rental order taking system,   for example built right into our order taking window is a 'source' field,  it is a dropdown which contains a list of your marketing campaigns,  the user may select it then,  or when a list of prospects is imported it may be set then.  A report then shows return on investment for the campaign.
